About Mackenzie
Before joining the firm, Mackenzie worked at a personal injury firm in Florida, where she managed case records and built filing systems that got attorneys the documents they needed quickly while keeping sensitive client information secure. Earlier client-service and operations roles taught her how to manage high-volume communication without losing the personal touch.
She supports the firm's personal injury and criminal defense practices, working with clients from their first call through resolution. Whatever stage your case is in, Mackenzie is often the person making sure it keeps moving and that you are never left wondering.
Mackenzie is preparing to attend law school, with plans to begin next fall, and brings that same commitment to every client she works with today.
