Of Counsel · Licensed in Florida
For an injured client, the case is personal. Jack treats it that way. He came up inside a large Florida personal injury firm, sitting across the table from insurance adjusters and doing the work that decides what a case is worth. At Hardline, he builds every injury case for trial and fights for its full value, working alongside Mitch Skandalakis, the firm's Georgia trial counsel.

About Jack
Insurance companies decide what a case is worth long before trial, and they decide it based on who they believe is willing to try it. Jack learned that across the table. As an associate at a large Florida personal injury firm, he negotiated claims directly with insurance adjusters, evaluated liability and coverage before suit, and wrote the demands that set the terms of every negotiation. In his first year of practice, he helped secure more than $1,500,000.00 in settlements for injured clients.
His advocacy was proven before he ever took the bar. At Florida State, Jack won the Wayne Hogan Trial Competition, named for one of Florida's most celebrated injury trial lawyers, and took the Best Advocate Award over a field of 130. At Ole Miss, he won both the Moot Court Tournament and the Negotiation Tournament, earning the Top Negotiator Award out of 177 students.
He has also seen how the other side builds a defense, working on discovery, motions, and trial preparation at Cole, Scott & Kissane, one of Florida's largest defense firms. He knows how insurers attack injury claims, and he builds every case to withstand it.
Jack is licensed to practice law in Florida. At Hardline he works shoulder to shoulder with Mitch Skandalakis, the firm's Georgia trial counsel, preparing every case for trial from the start, including the firm's products liability case that resolved for more than $850,000.00. For the client, the case is always personal. Jack makes sure it stays that way until the fight is won.
